The Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office has decided not to file a misdemeanor domestic battery charge against Amar'e Stoudemire.
The ex-NBA player, who also played for New York Knick, was arrested back in December after his teenage daughter claimed he punched her in the jaw.
Prosecutors say the allege victim was not cooperating with investigators.
