The state of Miami is strong. That's the word from Mayor Francis Suarez as he delivers his State of the City address with the theme of the "Miami Miracle."He says the Magic City is thriving with a one-point-five percent unemployment rate, a twelve percent growth rate, taxes are at their lowest rate ever and the homicide rate is at its lowest point in decades. He says the city is resilient, effective and efficient. He vows to help residents through the affordability crisis and put an end to homelessness.
