VERO BEACH, FL - A food truck exploded during a seafood festival sending one person to the hospital with severe burns on Saturday.
The Vero Beach police report state and local fire officials are investigating the cause of Saturday’s explosion.
The injured person was flown to an Orlando hospital’s burn unit.
Police say there were no other injuries.
Photos posted on Facebook show the sides and roof of the truck blown off the vehicle.
The festival continued as authorities secured the scene of the explosion.
