PINELLAS COUNTY, FL -- A public records request by News Channel 8 in Tampa shows that Brian Laundrie's mother was at a Fort DeSoto Park campground earlier this month.
Fort DeSoto, a barrier island off the southern tip of Pinellas County, has a camping area that is popular and requires reservations. Dog the Bounty Hunter reportedly told Fox News that three people traveled to the campground on September 6th, but only two left on the 8th.
