Legislation that would tighten vote-by-mail rules makes it past the Florida Senate Rules Committee.
Senate Bill 90 would change the process for verifying mail-in ballot signatures and limit the use of drop boxes.
Senator Dennis Baxley is sponsoring the bill and says it's about securing the integrity of elections
Senator Gary Farmer says voting should be encouraged, not discouraged. He voted no and says the discussion isn't over.
The bill hits the full Senate floor tomorrow.
