It's deadline day for Miami-Dade's "Thrive 305" survey. Mayor Daniella Levine Cava says the county-wide civic engagement initiative will ensure all voices are heard. The county has been hosting a series of virtual public budget meetings since Monday. The goal of "Thrive 305" is to make sure residents understand how the county is spending its tax dollars.
