Alberto Carvalho says they're more prepared now than they were in the spring and there will be lots of live teaching and engagement. He's hoping he can announce a return to face-to-face learning sooner rather than later. That includes positivity rate, hospital capacity, community spread and ability to procure personal protective equipment.
