Florida's surge of new coronavirus infections is actually worse than what's being reported.
That's according to a scientist who was fired from the Florida Department of Health.
Rebekah Jones says she and others were pressured to fix the numbers to make the argument the state was ready to reopen.
She claims Florida's data reporting is actually "much much worse".
Florida just set the U.S. record for new cases in a single day.
