Crackdown Coming For Domestic Violence Abusers Who Own Guns

Gun reform advocates at the national and state level working on ways to keep guns out of the hands of domestic violence abusers. Project Guardian launches today---Attorney General William Barr says it's designed to better locate domestic abusers who illegally buy and sell guns by allowing the federal government to work with state and local partners to target offenders. On the state level, Democratic Representative Annna Eskamani is introducing legislation to disarm domestic violence abusers -by empowering law enforcement to temporarily remove firearms from a domestic violence situation. The legislative session begins January 14th.
