Clay County, FL Native Breaks Phelps' World Record for 100M Fly

University of Florida swimmer and Clay County, Florida native Caeleb Dresser took home a new world record today at the Fina world swimming championships.

During the men's 100M Butterfly semi-finals this morning, Dresser beat Michael Phelps' 10 year old world record by .32 seconds coming in at 49.50 seconds in the heat.

Just two days ago one of Phelp's other world records, the 200M Butterfly was broken by Kristoff Milak of Hungary with a time of 1:50.73.

The men's 100M Butterfly final is tomorrow night.
