Another Judge Tosses Video As Evidence In Trial Involving Robert Kraft

Super Bowl LIII Pregame

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft will not be in a Palm Beach County court room Tuesday.

A hearing scheduled to determine if both sides were ready to go to trial in Kraft's prostitution case, was canceled after prosecutors said they intend to appeal the judge's ruling last week that undercover video allegedly showing the team owner paying for sex acts at a Jupiter day spa will not be allowed at trial.

Kraft has pleaded not guilty.

Meanwhile, another Palm Beach County judge ruled Monday that video will be thrown out as evidence in the cases against two women accused of operating the business.

Prosecutors are also expected to appeal that ruling.
