Gunman In Deadly Blue Martini Shooting Is A Retired DEA Agent

The man who fatally shot another man at the Blue Martini at the Galleria Mall in Ft. Lauderdale is identified as 42-year-old Andre Clark, a retired D-E-A agent. Ft. Lauderdale police Major Frank Sousa says they will present their information to the Broward State Attorney's Office which will decide if criminal charges will be filed. The family of the victim, Arnold Person, who would have turned 44 the next day-is pleading for Clark to be held accountable. Police say a fight inside the bar led to the shooting, but no word yet on what caused the fight.
