Dine Out For Life And Help Fight HIV/AIDS This Thursday

On Thursday, Broward House of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County invites you to Dine Out For Life

On April 26th, some of Broward County's best restaurants will help out in donating a portion of their proceeds to Broward House -- an organization that has served our community as an HIV/AIDS service for nearly 30 years, providing wrap around social services comprising of Case Management, Substance Abuse Treatment, Mental Health Therapy, as well as ensuring access to medical care.

So how can you get involved in Dine Out For Life?

All you have to do is dine at one of the participating restaurants and you will be helping those affected by HIV and AIDS in our community. It's as easy as that!

"Just by Dining Out For Life... just by dining with friends... you are supporting other people who are living with HIV/AIDS," explains volunteer spokeswoman and actress Pam Grier. "[Many of those individuals in need] will not be able to be employed, [are marginalized in where they] can live, and will need someone like social services who can assist them.

"Dining Out For Life is a win, win, win situation."
