Lin Bin is paying $125 million for the 1% stake in the Dolphins and various real-estate interests. It's obviously not a controlling stake, or even close to it—Steven Ross remains the principal owner—but it set a new benchmark for NFL franchise valuations. The implied valuation for the Dolphins is $12.5 billion with the rate paid by Bin.  

The Republican advantage over Democrats now stands at a record 1,487,286. The total includes a net change of 7,663 voters in February. Of Florida’s 67 counties – only 8 currently have Democrat majorities by way of voter registration. It's clear that the trends that were in place prior to 2024’s election cycle have continued to play out after it as well.
