So, this is how it happens... The “it” by which I’m referring is voter fraud by illegal immigrants and the “how” is through a method many had already been leery of...state issued IDs to the warm and fluffy Magic “A” word people. As I’ve previously evidenced, over 97% of asylum seekers are found to be nothing more than illegal immigrants scamming the system. They’re federal criminals that most commonly steal resources from taxpayers via the cost of processing and relocating them. They’re federal criminals that then steal additional resources from you as most end up immediately on government assistance programs. They’re federal criminals that then commit additional crimes as over a quarter of all crime by the end of the Biden administration was being committed by illegal immigrants. Takeaway #2 Illegal immigrants have been able to vote and even illegally participate on juries has come about in sanctuary states.
In a recent Q&A about the SAVE Act I highlighted this....Increasingly sanctuary jurisdictions across the country have provided government issued IDs to those lacking permanent legal status within the United States. In total, there are 19 states that have done and currently do this. The concern has been that state issued IDs could be used to unlawfully vote in elections. On that note...just yesterday House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer announced an investigation into Michigan’s ID practices. The reason...get this...under Michigan’s law once someone is issued a state ID, they’re automatically registered to vote unless they specifically opt out of voting. But wait there’s more because...
Takeaway #3: They’re also automatically added to potential jury pools too!
On that note, an audit of just one Michigan County, Macomb, found that over just a four-month period 239 non-citizens were included in local jury pools, and many had also been registered to vote. More still, the review vote many had already been casting votes. That’s just one county in one mid-sized sanctuary state. Just imagine the unlawful potential practices across all sanctuary states. So not only is there evidence of illegal immigrants committing voter fraud (with an assist to the sanctuary state), but there’s also evidence of compromised jury pools too! Imagine potential acquittals or convictions that could be compromised, whole cases that might need to be retried. But then again, it’s The Premise. If the premise of anything is false, anything built on the false premise will fail too...so I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised. The bottom line is that it’s clearer than it’s ever been that we need to pass the SAVE Act to save the integrity of our elections with about half of the country living within sanctuary jurisdictions...and perhaps the contaminated jury pools could be enough for a federal court to rule that sanctuary states can’t do what they’ve been doing (if legally challenged)?
