Woman Of The Year

It wasn’t enough that the University of Pennsylvania and the NCAA allowed a dude who's trying to look like a lady to compete against them (with predictable results). But now the dude who’s trying to look like a lady and dominating women’s swim competitions is looking to take away more. Lia Thomas has been nominated for NCAA Woman of the Year. There really isn’t a way to fully articulate the irony of an Ivy League school, in conjunction with the wokesters at the NCAA, being overt biological science deniers. This definitely goes into the bucket of being so open minded one’s brain falls out. Next month it will have been 102 years since the Women’s Suffrage movement culminated with the 19th Amendment to the constitution. Apparently after a hundred plus years of equal rights, the educational elite are comfortable going the other way again by allowing men who identify as women to encroach on the rights of women. But here’s the thing. Aside from being absurd, what’s happening is likely unconstitutional. And the one way to potentially end the madness is to have a constitutional challenge to clearly define gender considerations in this country given the high level of wokeness in society. Most of the noise surrounding this issue is culture war material, but given that we live in a society with defined, legally protected status based upon gender roles.
