Broward School Board Votes On Two Settlement Agreements From The Massacre

The Broward School Board voting on two settlement agreements stemming from the Parkland massacre. Hunter Pollack, brother of victim Meadow, says he's glad the District is accepting responsiblity for its failures. The families of the 17 Stoneman Douglas students and staff will receive just over $1-million-dollars each from the 25-million-dollar settlement. The second 1-million-250-thousand-dollar settlement relates to Anthony Borges, who was critically injured and in need a lifetime of medical care. The families still have pending cases against former school district employees, security monitors and former School Resource Officer Scot Peterson.
