The U-S Coast Guard celebrating a huge Thanksgiving haul as 504-million-dollars worth of cocaine and marijuana is offloaded at Port Everglades. Captain Matthew Brown, commanding officer of the Coast Guard Hamilton-says about 26-thousand pounds of coke and 37-hundred pounds of marijuana were picked up from multiple eastern Pacific Ocean interdictions. He says this bust stops the flow of drugs into Central and North America before they make landfall, in a preemptive strike against illegal selling, crime and violence.
