Miami-Dade County Public Schools Superintendent Alberto Carvalho announces starting tomorrow parents of elementary schools and K-8 centers can opt-out their students out of wearing masks.
Carvalho says all six "gate keeping" measures have been met.
A similar measure went into effect last week in middle and high schools.
