Miami-Dade Police using new technology to try and solve old murders. Major George Aquiar says they're using QR code cards, like the ones you see at local restaurants to download menus, to highlight information about crimes and allow people to send in tips. The card will highlight the victim's name, photo, case number, date of incident and Crime Stoppers information. The cards will be displayed at participating establishments across the county.
