Miami-Dade officially launches its Thrive 305 action plan. The goal is to give people a transparent government that makes it easy for them to take advantage of programs if they're struggling. Mayor Daniella Levine Cava says the plan focuses on the priorities voiced by 26-thousand residents who took the survey one year ago. She says one constant complaint centered on accessibility. The plan has one-point-two million unique data points focusing on engagement, equity, economy and the environment.
