This is my 30-count indictment. Each statement of fact came from the Devin Nunes House intelligence investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy. Not one of these statements of fact has been disproven to date. The notable update now comes with the John Durham indictment of DNC attorney Michael Sussman for lying to the FBI while related to the Trump-Russia collusion investigation. What’s now possible for further understanding is that everywhere in my indictment where I identified Perkins Coie, it’s Sussman. You’ll be able to see the key role he played and how his indictment has the potential to lead from beyond him.

  • 1st claim - In the memo, both the DOJ and the FBI petitioned the FISA court to begin to surveil a Trump campaign adviser (Carter Page) on October 21st, 2016 just two and a half weeks before the election.
  • 2nd claim - The application had to be certified by the FBI's Director or Deputy Director & The AG, Deputy AG, or Assistant AG to the NSA.
  • 3rd claim - The initial warrant on Carter Page was issued & renewed three times (every 90 days) - which now takes you through the campaign, the election, the President-elect period and early days as President
  • 4th claim - FBI Director James Comey signed three warrants
  • 5th claim - Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe signed one
  • 6th claim - Deputy AG, Sally Yates signed at least one
  • 7th claim - Deputy AG, Dana Boneta signed at least one
  • 8th claim - Deputy AG, Rod Rosenstein signed at least one
  • 9th claim - Christopher Steele was an FBI source
  • 10th claim - Christopher Steele was paid over $160,000 by the DNC and Clinton campaign to create the dossier via Perkins Coie & Fusion GPS
  • 11th claim - The purpose was to obtain "derogatory information" on Trump ties to Russia
  • 12th claim - The funding of the dossier by the DNC & Clinton Campaign was never disclosed to the FISA court
  • 13th claim - The DOJ and FBI officials who signed off on it knew that the DNC & Clinton Campaign paid for it to be created
  • 14th claim - The FISA requests left the sourcing of the dossier out of the warrant request, despite knowing it was Fusion GPS...
  • 15th claim - The FBI authorized an additional payment to Christopher Steele for the dossier
  • 16th claim - On September 23rd of 2016 Yahoo News ran a story linking Carter Page to Moscow that was used in the FISA requests as corroborating evidence
  • 17th claim - Christopher Steele leaked the story to Yahoo News
  • 18th claim - The FISA request asserts that Steele wasn't the source of the Yahoo story
  • 19th claim - In a British court, Christopher Steele cited that he was the source of the Yahoo News story
  • 20th claim - Perkins Coie - the DNC & Clinton law firm used for the Dossier funding was aware of the Steele leak
  • 21st claim - Perkins Coie held a meeting with Steele and Fusion GPS after the leak to discuss the matter
  • 22nd claim - Steele was suspended and fired after revealing he was an FBI source to Mother Jones on October 30th
  • 23rd claim - After being fired by the FBI he maintained contact with the Justice Department - specifically Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr and senior officials who were direct reports to Deputy AG's Salley Yates and later Rod Rosenstein
  • 24th claim - In September of 2016, Christopher Steele told Deputy AG Bruce Ohr "(he) was desperate that Donald Trump not be elected"
  • 25th claim - Deputy AG Bruce Ohr's wife was employed during this time by Fusion GPS to cultivate the dossier
  • 26th claim - Bruce Ohr provided his wife's research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign to the FBI
  • 27th claim - Bruce Ohr's wife's role was never disclosed to the FISA court
  • 28th claim - FBI Counterintelligence Assistant Director Bill Priestap cited the dossier investigation as only being in its "infancy" at the time of the initial FISA warrant request
  • 29th claim - FBI Director James Comey offered a summation of the dossier to President-Elect Trump in January of 2017 despite its lack of corroboration
  • 30th claim - Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe testified in December of 2017 that the warrants wouldn't have been issued without the dossier

There is no Steele dossier without the involvement of Michael Sussman. That means there’s no Trump-Russia conspiracy without him either. The question now is will Durham see this investigation through and take out the big names many have long sought to have held accountable or will he rest his investigation having taken out a key player who got the ball rolling? To be continued.
