• Hurricane season is around the corner! Learn all about this natural phenomenon and how you and your family can be prepared for anything nature throws your way.
• Test out your building skills in MODS’ wind tunnel construction zone, explore weather related engineering challenges in the makerspace lab and make-and-take your own barometer.
• Eye of the Storm is sponsored by FIU International Hurricane Research Center and the Florida Division of Emergency Management.
• Masks are mandatory for all guests over the age of 2, including those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine and all are required to follow our Healthy Choices Make Healthy Scientists protocols to ensure a safe experience.
