Florida Elected Representatives Who Challenged Election Results

What began before chaos at the Capitol concluded after it. The certification process for President of the United States as is mandated by the United States Constitution which certified Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States.

Heading into the day, we’d heard from four Florida Representatives who intended to challenge the election results in at least one state. While we had not heard conclusively what our senators intended to do. In the wake of the violence at the Capitol, a limited effort was made to challenge the election results in Arizona and Pennsylvania. As part of that challenge, Florida’s Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott opted not to challenge results.

Meanwhile, 10 of Florida’s 27 Congressional members in the House of Representatives did challenge results.
