Missing South Florida Swimmer Turns Up Alive At Hospital

A man who disappeared while swimming off Boynton Beach on Friday has been found alive.

The U.S. Coast Guard says 29-year old Alex Rojas had checked himself into JFK Medical Center in Atlantis. He was found there on Monday.

Rojas told his family that he swam too far from shore, so he let himself drift back and wasn't feeling well once he got to shore. He went to the hospital and was finally able to contact them Monday.
