A high school football coach is dead after a shooting in Miami-Dade County.
Miami Senior High School's Corey Smith was killed yesterday morning at his home in West Little River on Northwest 97th Street.
Smith was also a PE teacher at Charles Drew K-8 Center, and Superintendent Alberto Carvalho says Smith's death will leave a huge void in the lives of those he positively impacted.
The Miami Herald and CBS4 News report Smith's 15-year-old nephew is a suspect.
