An argument over orange juice appears to have played a role in a deadly shooting in Miami-Dade County.
Police say North Miami Beach's Luis Pages confessed to shooting his mother to death this weekend at their home on Northeast 135th Terrace.
Police say the 29-year-old Pages shot 59-year-old Miriam Gonzalez after arguing with her about using her car, orange juice left in the fridge and using the air conditioner's remote control.
Police also say Pages tried shooting himself after shooting his mom, but when he realized he was out of bullets, he called 911 and told dispatchers he - quote - lost it.
