Six people are hurt after a workplace accident in Miami-Dade County.
Miami Fire Rescue says a bundle of rebar fell onto six construction workers in Brickell yesterday morning near Brickell Ave.
Two workers were impaled, and all were taken to the hospital with injuries described as serious and critical.
Investigators believe the rebar fell when a crane lifting it malfunctioned about three stories up.
Wednesday's incident also led to a nearby street closure.
