Golden Globes Go Vegan

You won't find steak, fish, or chicken on the menu at Sunday night's Golden Globes.

The Hollywood Foreign Press announced that they will serve a vegan menu at the 77th annual awards show.

According to the NY Post: The plant-based menu will consist of a chilled golden beet soup to start, followed by king oyster mushroom scallops, and wild mushroom risotto, along with roasted baby purple and green Brussels sprouts and carrots.

Natural spring water will be served in glass bottles both in the ballroom and on the red carpet to scrap plastic waste.

Expect host Ricky Gervais to comment on the menu when he hosts the show on NBC.
