A Florida man is suing Madonna because he wants to go to bed on time.
Nate Hollander filed the class action suit because Madonna changed the start time of her concert from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m., far too late for Hollander.
He says the time change was announced after he dropped more than $1,000 for three tickets for her upcoming show at the Filmore Miami Beach. Hollander says despite the time change, Madonna and the concert promoter, Live Nation, didn't offer refunds.
He accuses The Material Girl of breach of contract.
In the complaint, Hollander says the late start time for a Tuesday night show would disrupt work and school schedules.
Madonna's camp has not responded to the complaint.
