Man Gets Paid Years After Being Fired

A New York subway maintenance worker is accused of being dirty.

Ronald Berry claims he didn't know he was fired six-years ago.

He says he's been on sick leave since 2015 for high blood pressure and asthma.

Despite the health conditions, the 47-year-old has been showing up at work every two-weeks to pick up a check.

It's unclear why Berry was put back on the payroll in 2015, two-years after he had been fired.

Berry was arrested on a trespassing charge when he went to pick up his check.

He's made about $250,000 since he was fired and the case remains under investigation.
