New Yorkers Make Moves to Miami

New Yorkers are making the move to Miami.

The "New York Post" is reporting that changes in federal tax law are make South Florida a more attractive destination.

Developers of Downtown Doral are encouraging the moves, even setting up a website called UnhappyNewYorkers.com The website helps New Yorkers vent their frustration and encourages them to make the move to South Florida.

The site even includes a "letter of resignation" that Empire State residents can sign before making their move.

The developers of "Downtown Doral" estimate that a quarter of their residents may come from New York.

The Census Bureau reports almost 63,000 New Yorkers moved to Florida last year.
