Serial Toilet Clogger Gets Harsh Sentence

A Wisconsin man who liked to stop up toilets at his office is in big trouble.

Patrick Beeman was sentenced to three years of probation for his acts of mischief, even though prosecutors asked for a much lighter punishment.

The sentence means the Sheboygan man will have to serve 150 nights in jail and pay $5,500 in restitution.

According to the Sheboygan Press, Beeman told police he gets urges to do odd things.

The paper reports: "Beeman apologized for the damage and stress he caused in a statement he read during the sentencing hearing Monday. 'I need to make things right and pray forgiveness every day," he said.'"
