President Wants Tanks, Planes at July 4th Celebration

President Trump says he wants America's military might on display at Thursday's Fourth of July celebrations on the National Mall.

Air Force One and the Blue Angels were already set to fly over for the "Salute to America," but President Trump told reporters on Monday that he's ordered the Pentagon to deploy some tanks to the area too.

Military engineers are trying to determine which roads are strong enough to support the heavy machinery.

The administration also asked that a different company be hired to put on the annual fireworks display.
