Mother of Teen Injured in Deputy Take-Down Speaks Out

The mother of a South Florida teen seen on video being punched by police during a violent take down is talking about her family’s ordeal.

Lucca Rolle’s mother saw her son’s violent arrest on social media before she was even able to pick him up from the Broward County detention center.

Clintina Rolle says deputies beat her son like he was an animal, and if she had treated him that way, she would have been arrested.

Role, her attorney Benjamin Crump, and the NAACP will give the sheriff and state attorney 45 days to review the case and discipline the deputies or file criminal charges against them.
