The U-S Coast Guard, Homeland Security Task Force and Southern Command wrapping up their annual Integrated Advance training exercise today. For the past four days, Federal, State and local authorities have been reacting to a MOCK mass migration of Haitians and Cubans at sea. U-S Coast Guard rear admiral Peter Brown says it's large-scale, complex challenge requiring a coordinated response. He says here in Florida they have to be vigilant all day, every day. The goal is to interdict, rescue and repatriate them back to their countries of origin as quickly as possible.
