Lawyers for Patriots owner Robert Kraft are in court today, trying to stop the public from seeing surveillance video recorded inside a Jupiter massage parlor.
The video is a critical piece of evidence in the case against Kraft, who is facing two counts of soliciting prostitution at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa.
Police say the graphic video captures the crime on tape.
Defense lawyers will argue that the videos are exempt from public records law and should remain under seal.
Kraft has maintained his innocence and is asking for a jury trial.
