Carnival Cruise Line Faces Judge's Wrath

A federal judge is ready to bring down the hammer on Carnival Cruise Line, preventing any of its ships from docking at U.S. ports.

Carnival is on probation as part of a 40-million-dollar settlement for illegally dumping oil and trying to cover it up.

The company is accused of falsifying records while continuing to dump plastic garbage into the ocean.

A Carnival spokesperson said environmental responsibility is a top priority.

The judge will decide on the suspension in June.
