South Floridians with serious health problems joining Congresswoman Debbie Mucarsel-Powell for a roundtable discussion on how to lower health care costs. Lottie Garcia of Miami was diagnosed with cancer last year. She has had surgery plus 29 radiation and 6 chemotherapy sessions. She says if Obamacare is eliminated she will have to declare bankruptcy because she would never get insurance with pre-existing condition. Congresswoman Mucarsel-Powell says she will take Garcia's story and others just like it to Washington to develop solutions.
