A Florida caregiver is captured on-camera abusing a 94-year-old amputee at an assisted living home.
Soebhagwatie Changoer was arrested after the victim's son placed a camera inside her room at Crane's View Lodge Assisted Living and Memory.
According to the arrest report, the elderly women told her family the caregiver was being "rough with her."
The son viewed the video footage and told law enforcement she was being abused. He reported what he saw to management at the facility in Clermont and police.
Changoer was suspended and also reported to the Department of Children and Families.
The 64-year-old was charged with abuse of an elderly person.
