A 46-year-old Florida man is charged with fatally shooting a woman during a heated dispute.
Investigators arrived to a wooded area in Daytona Beach over the weekend after receiving a tip from a pizza delivery driver.
According to the Volusia County Sheriff's, the driver heard a gunshot and then witnessed a man drag a lifeless body towards a remote location. The victim was later identified as Denise Jennings.
Authorities say Jennings and Craig Kendrick had been arguing when he shot her in the head. The two knew each other but the nature of their relationship was unclear.
Kendrick was charged with first-degree premeditated murder.
