57-year-old Wayne Lincoln Chin has been arrested on charges of Sexual Assault of a Minor.
According to his arrest report, Chin allegedly began abusing a girl in 1998 when she was just four years old.
The alleged abuse intensified over the course of 10 years. The victim, who is now 25, came forward to tell her story to police.
Due to Chin's time as a soccer coach, the possibility exists that there may be additional victims.
