A Palm Beach County inmate's quest for freedom is being denied. Appeals court judges yesterday upheld the conviction of Boynton Beach 36-year-old Dalia Dippolito. She was convicted two years ago of hiring a hitman, who turned out to be an undercover officer, to kill her husband. Dippolito is serving a 16-year sentence in Marion County, and she's due to be released in 2032.
