A man is arrested for animal cruelty. He was recorded on cellphone video walking two Siberian Huskies, named Winter and Han, when he grabs Winter by the collar, and chokes her then he picks Winter up, and slams her to the ground. Hialeah Police arrested Victor Suero. They say he is an obedience trainer. Han is his dog. Winter is his neighbor's. Fortunately, Winter is in good health.
