Yoga is not always a peaceful activity. There's a new form of the meditation exercise called rage yoga, which is a chance for people to release frustration in a healthy way.
The website says it involves yelling, cursing, bad humor and beer breaks. the woman behind it says she started it to help people who may feel intimidated by yoga and think that classes are too serious for them. The classes are offered online, as well as in Houston, Texas and Calgary, Canada.
