UPDATE:
As of 3:00 p.m. Miami police are still talking with a woman who refuses to leave a car parked in Wynwood. It's believed she has a gun.

SWAT team members are in Wynwood this morning where a woman has barricaded herself inside a car.
Miami PD were performing a traffic stop at Northeast 22nd Street and N. Miami Avenue when an officer saw a possible firearm in the car's center console.
The officer called for backup, and the woman inside the white sedan refused to exit the vehicle.
NW 1 Ave between 20th and 23rd street is blocked.
