Senator Lindsey Graham is demanding the FBI justify the tactics it used to arrest President Trump ally Roger Stone on Friday. The South Carolina Republican is chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
He sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray today saying he had questions about the pre-dawn arrest. More than a dozen armed agents wearing tactical gear swarmed Stone's Fort Lauderdale, Florida home.
A news crew from CNN was there to witness the arrest.
The network has said it was there because of unusual activity by the grand jury the previous day.
Graham is requesting the FBI brief his committee by February 5th.
