A scathing "USA Today" report looks into the dangerous practices at two plastic surgery clinics in Miami.
In just the last six years, eight patients have died and many others have suffered serious complications at clinics overseen by the same Miami doctors.
The report finds that the clinics have changed names three times since 2016, but the same physician - Doctor Ismael Labrador - is still in charge.
The state has investigated a half-dozen deaths connected to Labrador's clinics and charged at least two doctors with malpractice.
His clinic now operates under the name of Jolie Plastic Surgery, but has previously been known by the names Vanity, Encore, and Eres Plastic Surgery.
