Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate To Be Charged By Ethics Commission

Gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum may have violated state ethics law.

Florida's ethics commission voted Friday to proceed with charges against the Democrat.

He is accused of accepting gifts from lobbyists and vendors during his time as Mayor of Tallahassee.

The charges come after he narrowly lost the race for governor against Republican Ron DeSantis last year.
