Get ready for a day of free, family fun at Marlins 2019 FanFest! Bring the entire family and get an up-close look at all the new ballpark enhancements, interact with players, and don't forget the fireworks show at night!
FanFest takes place on Saturday, February 9th from 3-7 p.m. and includes free parking.
Some of the events taking place:
- Play catch on the field (bring your own glove)
- Autograph and Meet-and-Green Sessions with Marlins players and alumni
- Batting Cage Experience with Marlins players
- Activities for kids in the 5th base (face painting, balloon animals, and a DJ)
- Speed pitch station
- Challenge a Marlins player in dominoes, Giant Jenga, or Giant Connect 4
- Live player interviews on the West Plaza stage
- Live mural painting on the West Plaza
- Local food trucks
- Fireworks show to conclude FanFest
The team will also host auditions for the first ever group of leaders for the ballpark's new Comunidad 305 section. The Marlins are looking for the loudest and most passionate fans to show off their pride by leading cheers, playing instruments, and waving their flags. Winners will receive free Marlins tickets for the 2019 season!
